These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7pin platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any real-money wager.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 7pin platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds in the duplicate accounts.
All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. 7pin supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major debit/credit cards. Minimum deposit is ₱100.

By registering an Account, accessing the 7pin platform, or placing any wager on any game offered by 7pin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the 7pin platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7pin. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your Account.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on 7pin. Players are required to provide, at minimum: a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. 7pin may require additional information for KYC verification, including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
The Services are intended solely for players who access them from the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable law. 7pin makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your Account, or use another Player's Account.
All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified 7pin of a breach of Account security. You agree to notify 7pin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any other security breach by contacting live chat support.
7pin will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, Messenger, or Viber. Any communication purporting to be from 7pin and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Players may fund their 7pin Account using any of the supported payment methods, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major debit/credit cards. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. 7pin reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where the amount or pattern of deposits warrants additional scrutiny under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Players may request a withdrawal of their Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and any applicable KYC verification requirements.
Prior to processing a withdrawal that exceeds threshold amounts or where the account has not previously been verified, 7pin may request the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (Philippine Passport, SSS UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, or equivalent); and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used to make the original deposit. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 7pin may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are not subject to wagering requirements and remain withdrawable at any time, provided no active bonus with a withdrawal restriction condition applies.
7pin offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All promotions offered by 7pin are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

All game results are final once the round is completed and the outcome has been recorded by the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the record maintained by 7pin's gaming system shall be the authoritative reference. 7pin is not liable for any loss incurred due to the Player's misunderstanding of game rules or procedures.
In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round that prevents the round from completing normally, 7pin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the Player. 7pin shall not be liable for any loss of winnings due to a technical error that is beyond 7pin's reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and Player tier. Current bet limits are displayed within each game interface. 7pin reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and for any Player at its sole discretion, including where the Player's betting pattern is inconsistent with normal recreational use.
Players must not engage in any activity on the 7pin platform that is prohibited by these Terms & Conditions or applicable Philippine law. Without limiting the foregoing, the following conduct is expressly prohibited:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7pin platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 7pin's liability for death or personal injury caused by 7pin's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
7pin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7pin processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines) and all implementing rules and regulations issued thereunder. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. 7pin reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 7pin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the 7pin website, an in-platform notification upon login, or a direct communication via the Player's registered contact information.
Your continued use of the 7pin platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting customer support. 7pin will process any pending withdrawals of real-money Account balances notwithstanding the Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties shall first endeavour to resolve the matter amicably through 7pin's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via live chat or the written complaint process described on the FAQ page. Where the matter cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
