The 7pin Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 7pin does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. The registration process includes age verification steps specifically to prevent underage access.
If 7pin becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person who is under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. If you believe that 7pin may have inadvertently collected data from a person under the age of 21, please contact the DPO immediately using the details in Section 14.
7pin reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or the way in which your Personal Data is processed — 7pin will provide advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the 7pin Platform, an in-account notification upon login, or a direct communication via your registered contact details.
Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or administrative updates) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the 7pin Platform following any update to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised Policy.
